What are the solutions in the series of aluminum foam grids and aluminum foam panels?

The solutions are characterized by a visually striking design in a modernist and futuristic look. In the direction you will find two types of aluminum grids and aluminum foam panels:

  • Open on both sides – a higher degree of transparency, allowing light to penetrate while still maintaining an element of privacy
  • Open on one side - a more solid structure, suitable for the implementation of walls and partitions, where the penetration of light is not intended

In the production process, a different degree of density of the material can be set. Thanks to this, solutions can be produced with a variety of strength and cell size, with three variations available – small, medium and large cell.

Depending on the structure of the detail, it can also act as a "canopy", reducing or completely stopping the penetration of light, thereby reducing the heat in the premises and the costs needed to cool the building.

Application of the aluminum grids and aluminum foam panels

From the design of designer ceilings, accent or partition walls in the interior, to the design of the entire facade of the building, the solutions in the series guarantee the unique effect of each project. 

Another very effective method of their application in the interior is with the installation of lighting in the back part of the details.

Color and design options

The solutions are available with different options for decoration, such as with a natural aluminum coating in a standard silver color. In addition, they can also be powder coated in a wide range of RAL colors.

Aluminum grids and aluminum foam panels are available in a standard size: 2000 x 1000 x 15 mm (+/- 3 mm), as well as with the possibility of manufacturing in individual sizes according to the specifics of each project.

The size of the cells and bubbles themselves can vary between 15 and 25 mm.

What are they made of?

Made from 100% recycled material, the aluminum grids and panels of aluminum foam and expanded aluminum cleverly combine eco-friendliness with a beautiful and effective design.

In the production process, air is injected into a mixture of molten aluminum and a fine dispersion of ceramic particles. The purpose of these particles is to stabilize the air bubbles.

In this way, unique designs are achieved, resembling the porous structure of a sponge, but made of durable and light metal.

The solutions are particularly easy to install and process. For example, they can be cut with an angle grinder or saw. And for more specific shapes (eg letters and inscriptions), we recommend laser or waterjet cutting.
